Heart Imaging Genetics Knowledge Portal (Heart-KP)

Integrating knowledge and data for human heart research
We build a GWAS browser using the PheWeb tool to explore GWAS results for heart imaging traits. Currently, we support GWAS results of 82 traits trained in the UKB British cohort (n~31,000), including 64 left ventricle traits, 4 left atrium traits, 4 right ventricle traits, 4 right atrium traits, 3 ascending aorta traits, and 3 descending aorta traits.
